Paul Hepworth is an American paper and textile conservator, living in Istanbul, who holds an M.A. in Art History and Advanced Certificate in Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works from NYU's Institute of Fine Arts. Mr. Hepworth is a founding partner of HB Preservation and Conservation. He is interested in the conservation and codicology of Islamic manuscripts, and has a number of scholarly publications and presentations. Most notably, Paul conserved the Topkapi textiles for the exhibition during the 2007 ICOC in Istanbul. Paul discussed the work on the Topkapi textiles, as well as other related textile conservation.
